Pet Policy

Dog breeds not permitted are Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweiler’s, Pit Bull Terriers, Chow Chows and any mixes thereof. Residents will pay a $500 non-refundable fee per pet. Residents with pet(s) will be responsible for an additional $50 per month pet fee per pet. Resident must sign a separate Animal Addendum and provide a copy of the pet’s veterinarian records, including weight, and a picture of the pet, prior to approval. Pet policies and guidelines are strictly enforced. Fees and deposits and breed, size and weight limitations do not apply to assistance animals.
